Could covid interfere with AF?

I'm currently 5 days late for AF. I've never been this late since getting off my birth control over a year ago. I have a few symptoms - a bit of nausea here and there, fatigue and random spurts of very increased heart rate then it goes back to normal. I have taken a test every other day since 9 dpo but all negative, I guess I would be 19 dpo now. The only thing that has been different was having covid in the middle of my cycle. I would even consider myself lucky because I didn't have it that bad at all. I only got tested because I lost my sense of smell. I guess I'm just wondering if this could interfere and cause me to be late? Or is that dumb? Or maybe I'm still in and my positive could still come, is that a possibility?
