Do I need to do a 4hr urine hold before going to the OB?

So I have an OB appt today. I am 13dpo. They are bringing me in early this time because I had a chemical pregnancy last month & never had a period in between that & this new pregnancy. I know the first thing they'll do is take a urine sample for a test. Do I need to hold my urine for 4hrs prior to this? Or will the positive show regardless? I am getting very strong positives on my pregnancy tests with first morning urine at home. But I only ever use first morning urine so idk if it shows later on or not.

I'm sure I'm over thinking this 🤣
