Wedding Officiant

Our wedding is a lil over 50 days now and we still don’t have an officiant. Every one we’ve contacted has denied or told us they already had a wedding that day. Our initial officiant was a pastor and refused to marry until I converted. So we’ve been looking for someone who is willing to marry interfaith couples. Should we just go for the courthouse before at this point?? And do our vows at the ceremony. We only know a few people ordained but doubt they’d do it. I’m not sure and it’s getting more frustrating than exciting. We obviously want it to be more special than just a justice of peace. Just not sure where to go from here
