Short period
Is it normal to have a short period? I normally have it for 7 days but last month was 6 days and this month it was only 5 days long. I am over 30 so not sure if that could be in play also... probably nothing to worry abt but just checking to make sure.
Nothing has changed except sleeping habit (been getting an hour more sleep than normally have been
