Cramps. Please help!
I have wicked bad cramps, unbearable. I usually spend the day curled up and not at work.
Any tips or tricks? Pain meds don't touch the pain at all. Heating pads sometimes help a bit. I am not in birth control and will NOT take a hormal birth control. Help!
