Would this irk you?

My boyfriend and I often go out to eat and I often pay for our food, as my boyfriend is currently unemployed. For the past two days, when we went to dinner his mom wanted us to pick her up some food from a fast food restaurant. (My boyfriend still live at home and so do I, we are 22 and trying to figure out our finances while I’m in college). She didn’t give me any money for this so I paid for it both times. the first meal she wanted was $12 and the second $10. I know that doesn’t seem like a big deal, but I’m a poor college student whereas she and her husband have full time jobs. I work 28 hours a week at an on campus job making minimum wage (she knows this). My mom never asks me to buy her food. It seems like she’s sort of expecting it and she didn’t even say thank you. My boyfriend just got in my car and said “oh by the way can we pick my mom up McDonald’s/KFC” and then when we were in the drive they line he asked if Id pay for it. Would this irk you?
