If they appeared overnight it "might" be bed bugs. My bites looked like that. Check all your mattresses for evidence and get all bed linens in hot water asap.

It’s most likely bed bugs. That happened to my son and every morning he would wake up with new marks that looked exactly like that. I would definitely thoroughly check the mattress and take the necessary precautions ASAP.

Clean all of her bed sheets and blankets and pillows. If you have a steam cleaner clean her bed with it
