How can I lose weight without dieting or exercising? 😭

Just to add, I have an infant(just turned 7 months) and a toddler, so I find myself hungry more often due to breastfeeding. I am also working from home and my job is very demanding, so barely even have time for myself, not to talk of time to exercise 😭 the only way I can exercise without distractions is if I go out for a walk on my own... but my husband works and returns home late at night, so I can’t leave the kids at home unattended and taking my toddler out for a walk is like asking for trouble.

My husband says I have become very fat, and I need to work on it.
