How should finances go during marriage? Should the man pay all the bills and wife stays home or save the money she makes for a rainy day, vacations, retirement etc. Should it go based of income or 50/50. I just want to know what other have to say bc my fiancée wants 50/50 and I think that’s cool but I do most of the work around the house until I curse him out and then he’ll do more to help. We don’t have kids yet and I don’t want be miserable taking care of the house and a kid all while paying half of bills. Is this normal I need clarification. Hr makes about $10k or a little more than me. He gets very serious about his money like he’s not paying all the bills. Do I have a bad apple out the bunch or is this normal.
