He is here! My birth story

Yesterday March 25th, was our due date. Had irregular contractions they eventually got closer together, very manageable pain wise. About 5 pm they were becoming more regular. At 6 pm went to dinner at my in laws, my husband was counting my contraction faces. They were uncomfortable but nothing I wasn't prepared to handle. By about 8 we left our 3 year old with his grandparents, went home to time contractions and grab our bags. Contractions were about 45 seconds long and about 4 minutes apart. We decided to head to the hospital. Admitted at 9pm at 5cm, 90% effaced and 0 station. I guess my bags were starting to bulge. So I labored, I wanted in the whirlpool but with each contraction baby's heart rate dropped just a little so they didn't think that was a good idea. At 11ish my waters broke naturally and Holy hell my body went primal. Involuntarily pushing. About 5ish contractions later(26 minutes) baby boy was born. No pain meds besides crushing my husbands hand.
