Low Progesterone

Okay, so last Thursday I found out I am pregnant, (should have been around 5 weeks and 3 days) then on Monday morning I started bleeding and cramping pretty bad. My fiancé and I went to the ER, and the Dr. said it was a threatened miscarriage and that I was only measuring around 2 weeks.

On Wednesday they wanted me to go to my OB and get some blood work done to see if my levels had gone up or down. Yesterday I got the call that my levels have went up, but my progesterone is low, so they called me in some to start taking.

My question is- has anyone ever had an experience like this? If so, what was the outcome? I have had a miscarriage before and I am terrified.
