Heart racing pregnancy

I was in hospital for it a few days ago along with feeling sick.

I'm still removing from being sick but I tested negative for covid flu and rsv but my heart rate was high more of the day. It's been good the last 3 days but now today it's constantly feeling like its racing again even though I'm basically been in bed all day ... after a nap it was 100 but it's really hard to sleep because I can't get comfortable with it .. my back is a little sore today too...

I'm almost 31 weeks never had issues before.

I don't wanna go to hospital again if it's nornal to feel this way.
