I had a D&C about two weeks ago

My pregnancy stopped growing about 4 weeks ago and I recently had to have a D&C since it didn’t miscarriage naturally. My husband and I had sex yesterday unprotected and he did finish inside me. I’m not planning like I did with my first pregnancy I was a little psycho like checking ovulation and doing the research and taking my prenatals and I feel like this next time I’ll just let it happen. But obviously not be totally oblivious either but my question was has anyone gotten pregnant right after a D&C right away ? Obviously I’m not on BC and don’t want to be because I do welcome pregnancy.
