All of my muscles hurt

Yesterday I thought I just had allergies, today my entire body hurts. It feels like the back of my neck is swollen and the pain is slowly moving down my back. My throat is killing me and I think it’s strep. My boyfriend swears the back of my neck is not swollen but every single muscle is “tense” according to him. He can barely touch me without me flinching. I thought it would be a good idea to let him rub my neck, but it hurt way too bad.

I just don’t feel good and don’t know what to do about that specific pain :(
