Sick 😭🤢

Hey ladies! So last Thursday and Friday I had some bleeding off and on, started heavy then went away. Talked to Dr said everything should be fine just keep monitoring it.. As of Saturday and still today I have been stuck in bed, I have zero energy, get dizzy when I stand up, no appetite, have been vomiting, get extremely cold to the point I’m shaking then within a few minutes I’m covered in sweat! I wasn’t like this with my other pregnancies. I’m about 7 weeks
