Is this just classic teething behaviour?

I have a almost ten month old and when she was 9 months her two teeth came through. Days prior to this she was unsettled, a fever with waking up screaming.. then I noticed her teeth and it made sense.

Well the last few days it seems like it’s all back to square one. Her bottom teeth have fully come through so I know it’s not that.. just maybe other teeth?

She’s waking up a lot screaming and nothing works other then walking around with her?!

Could this be a leap or something also?
