13 month old Top tooth looks weird??? 🤔

My son will be 14 months on the 11th. He’s had his upper central incisor cutting through for a while now, but I feel like it looks like 2 smaller teeth rather than 1 large one.. lol. 
This picture was taken March 2nd so they’ve grown a bit more but still look like 2 separate teeth. Is this normal?? Anyone seen this before?

It looks like 2 teeth. He might have a crowding issue possibly? If those aren't in the right spot. I would make him a dentist appointment if you're concerned, but I'm not sure what they could do about it.

My daughter(19mo) has two teeth on the bottom that at first it looked like one tooth that was broke but now its clear its two tiny teeth side by side(slightly crooked), smaller than the rest of her teeth. Its a little odd but all her other teeth seem normal. Im not sweating it too much, just gonna ask the dentist when she goes for her first appt.
