Scared for a second baby

So, I had a bad delivery last year my baby and myself almost died my husband stood and helplessly watched as he almost lost us both..

I pushed 15mins without any contractions as babys heart rate dropped to 45bpm she had to getout fast, when she crowned I hemoraged badly and lost 2lts blood before she came out. They had to get me blood ( luckily didn't use)

Has anyone been through similar and had more babies? I'm generally terrified... I want another but I'm scared I may die. Feel like if I get pregnant I should save and plan my funeral I am that scared!

My husband understands and said whatever I choose he will respect and be fine with!

But I feel like I'm stopping him from having the big family he's always wanted!
