Baby shopping when is the right time?

When did you start shopping for the baby stuff being a 1st time mom?
Im getting the gender known by 13 weeks through blood test.

Girrrrrl I started buying as soon as I knew I was pregnant. I MC’d 2 cycles before this becoming pregnant again and I wanted to be excited for this one without fear.
I didnt buy a lot of things because we didn’t find out gender until 20weeks but I knew the nursery theme so I tried to find gender neutral things. Current 36weeks and everything in done! Lol

I started buying little things here and there at around 12 weeks and bigger stuff around 20. I found out the sex at 11 weeks but we’re not buying gendered stuff anyway so it didn’t matter to us.

I bought a couple things once I found out the gender (a couple outfits, a book...) but waited until I was past 24 weeks to start buying anything else
