C SECTION MAMAS

Hi, just found out i was pregnant with my second baby. went to this place that was non medical it was for woman’s in need. they do free test & ultrasounds. anyways, did a ultrasound and she was pressing extremely hard on me, when she wiped the jelly off of me she was rubbing or scraping my damn c section scar. it has only been almost 2 years since my C section, i just took a shower and noticed that it was burning. turns out she literally made a cut on my scar. unsure what to do, do you think it’s serious? what’s your thoughts?
