Anyone know what this could be ?

So my son has eczema and he’s had it bad on his butt before but idk if this time it was some different diapers that I used then his normal ones that caused this.. or anyone else know what this could be ?? I used his prescribed cream and tried diaper rash cream and it’s not going away ! Taking him to the doctors tomorrow! But just wondering what it could be !!

My son has eczema and this is not that. I would guess folliculitis, which is basically just inflamed pores that look like pimples from being too moist. Try to air dry as much as possible!

This is molloscum, a common skin rash that kids get. My oldest has it and it’s nearly impossible to get rid of but his doctor assured me that it will eventually clear up. Your child’s looks severe. We got a cream from his doctor and I also started using a tea tree oil blend that I found on Amazon that has helped. I’m sorry your little one is experiencing this!

Looks like a reaction to the diaper.  Based on the area.  I and both my sons have eczema and I've never seen eczema look like that
