Weaning methods

Hi guys, could you kindly share your weaning methods you used with your little ones? I want to start to do it when my lo turns 18 months next month.

I usually direct breastfeed her during naps and nights, she also usually wakes up once at night to find my nipples.

She has no problem with drinking formula in the bottle, but apparently she cant fall asleep with the bottle.

I usually give her bottle before nap and and night, then when she is ready to sleep, she will ask for my milk.
