IUD paraguard late period

I have the non hormonal IUD so it shouldn't cause me not to get a period. It just causes spotting and heavier periods. I am almost a week late. I took a pregnancy test to be sure yesterday and it was negative. I bled probably a couple weeks ago for one day but I don't think that could have been my period. Because they are usually 7 days. I've been experiencing cramps and sore breasts like I do when I have a period but NO period. It's freaking me out lol. At what point do you go to the doctor? Anyone else experience this with a non hormonal iud?

I have never had a late period like this in my life expect when I was pregnant. And I'm not so wtf😳
