Crush on married neighbor - next move?

We are all married but since the pregnancy I’ve had the hots for the neighbor. We don’t even talk but I feel the vibe, we catch glances, there was once a wave after he had been out of town for months. Last night while I was putting baby to bed hubs said the hot neighbor came over with misdelilvered “contactless delivery” takeout with his address on it and a different name. Like hot neighbor thinks I was playing a game and had food delivered to his address to get him to come over? Should I die of embarrassment or use it as a chance to talk to neighbor. I’m 50/50 that if I talk to him it might finally kill the crush... or it might make it worse. Edit to add: I’m really not looking to get physical. We’ve been married 10 years. Who doesn’t look for a little additional attention.
