Has your s/o ever not know they came inside of you

Soo me and my hubs tried a new toy for him last night. He started saying he feels really good, better than he ever has. That made me happy so I told him keep going. When he stopped he literally said “I truly have no clue if I just came or not but there’s a little cum on my tip” and I’ve just been freaking out lol like if I end up pregnant it’s okay but not necessarily what I want in this exact moment. I’m just confused how he doesn’t know.. like did you or didn’t you? Has this happened to anyone else?
