Bleeding after fingering

Umm hey. My boyfriend and I were hanging out and he started fingering me. Consensual of course.

I noticed about an hour after my underwear was red with blood.

Bit of a description. It was dark red (like first day of period red) but I am not supposed to have my period for a couple weeks still.

I researched thinking other have had this but of course google wants me to think I have cervical cancer or an UTI (which I do not have any other symptoms).

Just curious to see if anyone else has had this happen to them.

PS. It was a little rough I guess you could say (although painless during). And I’m still kinda new to to this penetrational kind of stuff. Like I just had my first time two weeks ago.
