Need some reassurance

Hey

So I am 11 weeks and 5 days today. Since the beginning of my pregnancy I have had severe sickness and not been able to eat much. However when I turned 11 weeks the sickness has reduced and able to eat that that I couldn’t before. I still vomit in the morning and still take sickness tablets.

I had a MMC last year so very worried with this pregnancy. I have a scan on the 12th April which I am very nervous about.

But just need some reassurance that people have had this before and had healthy pregnancy. I really hope this baby sticks as it is very much wanted baby.
