What should I say

Hi everyone! So in the past I had made posts about my husband not wanting to spend time with our son because he enjoys writing, and gets his girlfriend's plate when she's done eating and he doesn't think he's manly. My last post he ended up tearing up our sons notebook that had a story he was writing and was emotionally abusive towards us. Well me and my husband are separated rn. He has been staying in a Hotel. Anyway My son auditioned for a musical at our community center. They are doing Hamilton. And he got ALEXANDER HAMILTON! He's also I believe the youngest person in the play. I'm so proud of him. He's talking about possibly majoring in theater whenever he goes to college. The play is in June. I made a post about it on Facebook because I'm so proud of him. I ended up getting a text from my husband saying "Hey.... So whens the play...." We haven't talked in a couple weeks. I wonder if this is him coming around but I don't want to tell him if he just plans to come and ruin our sons night. Hes so happy about this. What should I say?
