Back pain on one side?

I’m 13 weeks and I have really bad lower back pain on one side and it’s uncomfortable to put weight on my foot on that side

Me too! It’s on my right side and goes into my butt cheek. I’ve done some stretches I’ve looked up and it’s seemed to help a little.

My sciatica is so bad I’m in physical therapy it ha made my left foot go completely numb this has been going on since about week 8

Could be SI joint or sciatic pain. I would go see a a chiro AND ALSO women’s health therapist who specializes in prenatal care - can be a lifesaver for the rest of your pregnancy!

I have that too. My doctor says it’s sciatic nerve pain. A pregnancy pillow or sleeping with a pillow between your legs helps a little bit
