Lower abdomen pain

Hi all. I had a successful VBAC 4 weeks ago. This weekend I’ve start experiencing some pain in my abdomen, slightly above my public bone. Primarily on the left side. It comes and goes and can best be described as a sharp pulse of pain. Almost like being shocked I guess. Is this normal or do I need to call my OB? I have also had a slight uptick in bleeding- was previously just getting some tinted discharge, now have small amounts of blood but not passing clots or filling pads.
