Hair Crisis

I’ve always struggled with my hair. It’s pin straight yet I can’t brush it. It’s oily and dry and color never set right. Regardless I have a wedding coming up and im getting my hair professionally colored finally. The ends were bleached maybe two years ago otherwise it’s been about 6+ since coloring a brunette color. I’m getting a hair cut soon as well. What’s the best way to start stripping the color away and moisturizing the ends so they don’t look so damaged. My scalp also gets oily and I feel like I have to wash every day. Please help me get this under control before my big day!
