Walking & Back Pain
So, I finally hit my limit. I’ve gained so much and feel so terrible that I have to do something. My office is doing a Walking challenge monthly and it seemed like a great place to start to just focus on slow changes, only water, walk a mile a day and eat mostly good foods. However everytime I try to walk I can only make it about 5 minutes before my Sciatica flairs up and I’m in so much pain and numb down both legs and can’t continue. If I walk with my kid in the stroller it helps some to relieve the pressure but she won’t be able to go everytime. Has anyone who’s pretty overweight struggled with it and did anything help? I feel like I’ve gotten so big I can’t do anything and walking should be the simplest thing but I can’t do it...
