What does this reaction mean?

So there’s this guy (my crush), whenever he sees me, like the last 3 times we randomly met, he was like “woooowww, hello” and smiles and hugs me. Every single time. Do you think that means anything. I can be messy with my joggers and stuff and he’ll act surprised to see me and act like I’m a goddess or something. I’m so flattered every time because imagine being liked back by your own crush. I have no idea. What do you think? Does it mean anything? (This is not the only thing he does that shows interest towards me, it’s the least he does so I just wanted to concentrate on it, because if this means something then the rest of the things he does certainly mean something as well).

Since coming to uni I’ve been hit on by many guys, nearly every day so I believe that I’m an attractive female in a guy’s eyes physically, at least on a first sight. He knows me on a personal level as well and so he knows my personality and seems to like it because he commented on how conservative and mature I am and how he likes and respects that many times. He hugs me or tries to have physical contact (always respectful, never sexual) whenever he gets a chance, and tries to have my company without pressuring me (even though I’d never be pressured to be with him but he doesn’t know that haha). Anyway, said enough. I just wanted to get your opinions. Is this mutual or could I be overreacting?
