How much breastmilk is your baby drinking?

My son will be 6 months on the 22nd so he’s basically 5 months🤣 on average hes only drinking about 28 oz of breastmilk a day. I will say my breastmilk has almost transitioned into this more thick yellow milk not so thin and white hopefully that makes sense it seems more fatty to me now compared to when my supply was larger compared to now that im exclusively pumping and have just enough milk. Is 28oz enough milk? I do plan on starting solids skipping the jar food this time and mashing stuff up with my other son this helped his reflux and weight gain(he was formula fed) so hoping it helps this babies reflux. He isnt sitting up unassisted yet though unless in a chair where as my other son was, does this make a difference? He had an appointment on march 10th weighed 14.8 lbs then april 2nd he weighed 15.14 lbs but he had clothes on idk how much of a difference that makes
