Polyhydroamnios???

Question

#2 baby. First one absolutely perfect pregnancy. This one.... high BP.... excessive amniotic fluid.... fetal malposition. On top of that, my girl moves, and has an excellent heart rate. But I feel like my first pregnancy had more movement. Has anyone else dealt with these problems?!?!?

My first pregnancy had no issues either. This pregnancy, they worried I had GD because baby measured big at 20 weeks. Took an early test and passed. Now he has heart arrhythmia where his heart his skipping a beat every 4-5 beats. I also feel like I’m constantly being reminded I’m old and fat (over the age of 35 and my obese according to my BMI). They also have me taking low dose aspirin to try to avoid preeclampsia because of my 2 risk factors (again, old and fat). I had my first at 35, I’m 37 now.... I just feel like there shouldn’t be this much of a difference 🤷🏼‍♀️
