Husband insists on letting 4 month old watch YouTube with him

There are a lot of studies indicating it’s not good for babies’ development if they watch tv before 18 months. Despite sharing these studies with him, my husband insists on having our 4 month old watch videos on YouTube with him. It really concerns me but all I can do now is throw my hands up because I don’t know how else to make him understand my concern without creating an argument. Am I making a bigger deal out of this than I should?

Edit: my husband watches videos with our son for about 30 minutes - an hour a day. It’s how he relaxes so he refuses to do other activities instead of YouTube. He watches his normal stuff (politics, video games, and science videos) and nothing specifically made for kids.
