Have you lost baby weight?

Not meant to shame or feel bad. Just wanna know where other mamas are at, at nearly 1 year post baby. Only answer if comfortable 🥰 Again, no shame!!!!

Honestly this last year has been hard enough. I’ve been more focused on being kind to myself and reframing my relationship with food. I don’t want to pass down my dysfunctional relationship with food to my daughter. I have lost some of the weight but it hasn’t been my main concern. But I am really proud of the mental progress I’ve made 💕

I can honestly say I don’t want to go back to my prebaby weight.. I have boobs now.. and hips which I didn’t have before. I love my body and I’m good with the extra weight 🥰

Getting there slowly but surely! I’ve been trying not to mess with weight loss too much because I’ve been doing so well breastfeeding with this baby. I don’t want to mess up my supply when we’re almost to the year mark. I’ve done very light intermittent fasting the past few months (14/10, fast from 7 pm to 9 am) and it seems to be helping without affecting supply at all. I’ve still got a little over 10 pounds to go, but I’m thrilled with the progress I’ve made. 😊

After giving birth I jumped back up to the weight I gave birth at and then blew past it. I was 191 at birth, dropped to 173 after and then 5 weeks later I was sitting around 198. I'm now 188 after getting a coach and learning to count my macros. So it'll take awhile before I get down to prepregnancy weight. I'm hoping to be in the 150's by the end of this year.

I had two babies 10 months apart, and I’ve been sitting at about 35lbs over pre (first) baby weight. I hate it, can’t wait till I get back down, I’m so uncomfortable.

I lost all of the baby weight and an additional 10lbs. I praise breastfeeding for that.

Not back to pre baby weight.  Not really putting in much effort too.  I lost about half of my baby weight.  I really want to lose the rest but then at the same time I don't work on it.
