Any one here pregnant naturally with first baby at 46?

I had my third child at 46 after 25 yrs. conceived naturally and had no complications at all. She was born via c section 11/26/2017 and is doing great. Very smart she seems somewhat advanced.

46 and 8w1d with DE. First attempt with DE and first time pregnant. We tried for about a year and a half. I didn’t want to wait any longer and keep getting AF every month. Now I see all these posts from women who have been successful naturally and I wonder if that would’ve happened for us.

Got pregnant naturally at 44.5 but had a miscarriage in the second trimester. The question is also not whether you got pregnant but if you carried that baby to term and if that baby is healthy (the risk of trisomies such as Down Syndrome, which will not cause a miscarriage, are 1/30). Other issues such as autism will not show up for years and cannot be tested for as of yet (doctors push testing at this age). It can happen but the odds are about 1 percent and higher if a woman already had kids.
