Period help?

Okay everyone, I feel so silly- and stupid for asking this question right now.

I started my period on this past Friday, started out very light, with dark brown blood. That turned into an almost regular flow Saturday, and lasted until Monday. Normally my periods are 4-5 days, so I thought nothing of it. Last night my husband and I had sex, and finished. So this morning I woke up super early to use the bathroom, and when I finished and wiped there was fresh blood. Not a normal red, but you know, pretty close. No clots or anything like that. Sorry if this is TMI, I’m just confused, lol.. has anyone had that happened? Like possibly was my period not done, and having intercourse just kind of “pushed” more of the blood out? I’m not even sure how to ask this question or word it honestly. Just looking for a little insight.
