Nipple pain pre menstruation
I bleed maybe once a year if I'm lucky. The way I know it's coming is because my nipples get so painful that even if my shirt rubs them the wrong way it feels like they've been flicked hard.
Does anyone else get this before or during their period? What can I do to ease the pain?
