Does ibuprofen affect your cycle?

Does ibuprofen affect your cycle? I am prescribed 800 mg ibuprofen through my doc for my period cramps. I have been having issues this cycle. Unsure of what is happening. I have been bleeding for 10 days now. When normally it only lasts 5-7. Yesterday morning I woke up, heavy cramps. Very heavy bleeding. Within a few hours it stopped. I thought my period was over with because I didn’t bleed anymore the entire day. Same thing this morning. I’ve taken 800 mg ibuprofen for the cramps yesterday so I was wondering if that is what made the bleeding stop? (Probably a stupid question). I haven’t taken any today and I’m still bleeding. I’m over bleeding for this long!
