Never feel empty.
A little bit of back story, I breast fed/pumped until my daughter was 4 weeks old then I had to stop because my mental health declining so she has been on formula for about 3 weeks now but a little over a week ago I decided I wanted to try breastfeeding again. It was going great my supply slowly went from literally nothing to enough to satisfy my daughter at the breast but I constantly feel full. Even after she eats and when I pump I only get .5-1.5oz. Help?
