What's your 3 month old schedule?

I'm still struggling with sleep. I think my baby has his day & nights mixed up. 
How long do you let LO sleep during the day? Takincarababies is too expensive for me. Any pictures of schedules would really help❤ 
-sleep deprived mama. 
Goal is to have longer stretches at night.

I did taking Cara babies. Her blog and Instagram have a majority of her info on them. My babe is 15 weeks. We aim for 90 minute wake windows during the day but in reality they’re anywhere from 1-3 hours. I cap naps at 2 hours but on average they’re about 1 hour. I make sure she’s awake at least 2 hours before bed. We have the same bedtime routine bath/lotion/pajamas/book/eat/sleep. If she wakes in the night I give her time to put herself back to sleep. If not I go put my hand on her chest/back. Next I’d give her a pacifier. Next I’d pick her up and feed if she won’t calm down. Very rarely do I have to pick her up. She typically sleeps 7p-5a and then 5:30-8.

I follows these schedules in terms of nap and feed times (loosely as I don’t wake baby at 7am yet, and she doesn’t sleep as much as they’d like so we feed more often!) I also don’t pump.

I dpnt follow a schedule.. i just try to give him a routine at night. Warm bath, feed, cuddles and nap
