What should I do 😭

So my husband left

his laptop open and left with my son to the store and I got tempted and looked through his history.... I rarely do but I just felt like I needed to, and I saw that he was visiting these adult cam sites. Okay with him watching porm but paying other girls on camsites is considered cheating to me, should I confront him and then he'll know I went through his laptop? I'm so upset I'm shaking right now. We've been married for almost 4 years and together for 5 and we have a 16 month old 😭 also he's been doing this behind my back since I work at the time he's going on the cam sites.

Edited to add. He knows I consider this cheating, I made sure to let him know when we started dating.
