Miscarriage?

Last Saturday night my SO and I had sex we went a little rough and after we were finished I noticed red bleeding when I wiped the red bleeding stopped and turned into a tan/peachy color spotting that was on and off until Monday. By Tuesday I noticed the spotting picked up more and turned into an orange/pink consistent spotting and it’s there every time i go to the bathroom and wipe. I called my doctor Wednesday and she had me come in to check me she did an ultrasound and the baby was measuring 5 weeks and 5 days when it should measure 6 weeks and 1 day. She also checked my cervix and it was closed but due to the pregnancy being early she couldn’t really tell me if I’m miscarrying or not she did blood work and told me to come back in 2 weeks.. today Friday I started bleeding bright red. Is this miscarriage? Am I going through another one? 😢
