Me vs period torture

Sharayah

I started today and so far...

Im energy drained,

Bloated,

I have lower back pain,

And the poops

I woke up feeling fine but knowing AF was settling in. I got myself into comfy clothes and fluffy socks. I still have to work, luckily from home, so I set up my computer. I could then feel the pain coming so I decided to eat something light and healthy.

I was divided between making a carrot ginger juice or a papaya, ginger strawberry smoothie.

I made a smoothie and threw in some chia seeds and cinnamon, on a healthy vibe. I also needed this smoothie in my stomach before I could take my period meds consisting of 6mg of THC and 1.5mg of CBD in the form of candy 🙃.

No smoke in these lungs unless I'm sitting around a bonfire.

Almost as soon as I sat at my desk, I felt my stomach balloon and suttle cramps.

I decided maybe a walk would help.

We have a nature walk with ducklings and a creek in our neighborhood. I enjoyed the warm sun on me while sitting by the water.

I guess my walk moved things along because I had to sit on the toilet in agony for 10 minutes. I could feel my uterus contracting and those prostaglandins got all the way to my digestive system.

I felt the wrath of the Lord coming onto my uterus and everything around it.

At this point, Im so glad that I took the THC and CBD before the walk. I went to lay down and the meds kicked in.

I probably wont be getting any work done but I'll be online and in bed.

I recently switched the candies I have with the med weed, so hopefully it helps ad much as the previous ones I used. I thought these would help me be more productive and block the pain. So far, I'm high so the pain is bearable but its still hurts a lot. I dont feel productive. I just realized I must be real high to have wrote all this. 🤣🙃
