Am I doing too much

Im 20 my bf 22 we’ve been together for 6 months n it annoys me that him n my mom txt bc he tells her our buisness when we argue n stuff n she tells everyone. I tell him to just stop texting her n he gets defensive n sad n stuff. He has no problem blocking my other siblings if I tell him to but he says my mom is the only way to get to me if I don’t reply or something it’s so annoying. Rn Im in the back of my moms car n I legit just seen her tilt her phone so I won’t see n I saw his name on her messages 😒 he told me last night he wasn’t txting her nomore
