Weight Gain - FTM

I know I shouldn’t be too worried about weight gain because I’m growing a new life. But I’m 26 weeks & I’ve gained almost 30lbs. 156 to 191. I’ve been depressed a lot. My depressions usually include weight gain. I haven’t been as active as I should be & I’m eating for comfort. I feel so bad because I know I’ll have to lose all the extra weight, I’m putting myself & baby boy at risk. Any advice? To make this easier? I’m tired of being pregnant - & I feel so bad for saying this.
