Feeling uncomfortable on this app..

Anyone else starting to feel a little uncomfortable/ not safe on this app? I have had creepers pretending to be “ moms” private messaging me and when I reported them, nothing happened . I think it’s because they’re premium members so glow is making money off of them. Then when I checked the list of my followers, I noticed a bunch are fake accounts. It also says I have almost 5k followers but when I looked at the list of my “ followers” there is no way that I have 5k followers. Seems a little weird to me. What prompted me to start analyzing my profile is a post that I saw recently about a “ Sara” messaging everyone. She messaged me too and few other fake accounts. Does anyone know how I can remove my profile pic? I tried to remove it but my only options are to replace with a new pic...
