Pregnancy after tubal removal??

Question

Got my tubed removed oct 2020 just turned 26. Period was super regular. Always beginning on the 3-5th... well I'm late. Haven't started at all this month (april) I know as long as I have a uterus and ovaries I could be pregnant... I guess I'm looking for advice or statistics. At what point would you test for pregnancy
